DIRECTORS DINNER PROUDLY SPONSORED BY:
Doncaster Chamber's Directors' Dinners, welcome together the region’s most influential business leaders for an evening of collaboration, insight, and opportunity. This exclusive event offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic in-conversation panel, where top industry experts share their experiences, challenges, and vision for the future. As you enjoy a refined two-course dinner, you’ll also have the opportunity to engage with fellow senior business leaders.
THE CONVERSATION
Dedicated to the power of role models and the impact role models have in shaping the next generation of leaders. The Role Model Effect: Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders celebrates those who give generously of their time, wisdom, and experience — helping others grow, succeed, and find their own path forward. Business mentors can help you develop your ideas for growth by sharing their skills, expertise, experience and contacts. This evening is a recognition of the relationships that drive personal and professional growth — and a reminder that leadership begins with guidance.
THE PANELLISTS
Stacey Austin, Regional Managing Director - Boxes & Packaging (Doncaster) Ltd
Stacey Austin began his career in corrugated packaging at just 17, joining the industry as a trainee sample maker. Over three decades later, with 34 years of experience, he now serves as Regional Managing Director for the northern sites within the Boxes and Packaging group. This region comprises five business units and generates more than £30 million in sales. Boxes and Packaging itself forms part of the Logson Group, the UK’s largest independent corrugated packaging company.
Throughout his career, Stacey has been influenced by many role models, both within the packaging industry and across the wider business world. His first Production Director played a pivotal role in shaping his development, encouraging ambition and fostering growth. Today, he draws ongoing inspiration from the company’s leadership team. Stacey also served as Director and President of Doncaster Chamber, where he connected with business leaders, sharpened his leadership skills, and deepened his commercial understanding.
