Description

Changing Labels, Breaking Stereotypes, Changing Lives.
Join the education revolution!

The Harrison College Conference is building on the conversation started in 2025 and aims to challenge, inspire and provide answers to questions such as:

“How do we ensure that young people are at the centre of the regenerative economy?”
“How do we ensure that talent is nurtured and grown within the city?”
What can education learn from the business community to ensure that we are creating a workforce for the future?”
“How can education be done ‘differently?’”

Action – Orientated Focus

The conference is about going beyond awareness to drive real change – especially in areas like neurodiversity, inclusion, and education-business partnerships. Delegates leave with practical strategies and actionable insights to implement in their own organisations.

Networking with Purpose

Attendees include educators, employers, students, and community leaders. This creates a rich environment for collaboration, idea exchange, and building partnerships that can lead to long-term impact.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Workshops and panels will focus on neurodiversity training, helping businesses understand how to support and benefit from a neurodiverse workforce—an increasingly important topic in modern employment practices.

Education and Career Innovation

Expect sessions on career pathways, graduate panels, and employer roundtables that explore how education can better align with real-world skills and employment needs.

Inspirational Stories and Thought Leadership

Hear powerful stories from students and specialists who challenge stereotypes and advocate for inclusive practices. These moments often leave delegates feeling motivated and empowered to make a difference.
