MEDIATION TRAINING COURSE

Description

A 5 day CPD Group Accredited Interpersonal conflict mediation course. This is the newest mediation course in the UK, (worth 39 CPD Points). It includes free DISC Profiling, Free TKI Profiling and SCARF profiling - 0900-1700 daily over zoom.

You will cover the mediation process, sources of conflict, conflict styles, Active Listening, Reframing and communication, SCARF drivers and have lots of practical training.
