Patrons Dinner

Description

Our Patrons Dinners are intentionally designed as small, carefully curated gatherings of senior leaders with the focus on creating the space for open, honest and meaningful conversation.
 
Each dinner is centred around a distinguished guest, drawn from senior figures across business, policy, and national leadership. Previous speakers have included senior national figures such as Katie Day (Transport for the North) and Shevaun Haviland (British Chambers of Commerce), and we are keen to continue that calibre of insight and leadership around the table.
 
Rather than a keynote or after-dinner speech, conversation is woven throughout the evening, taking place naturally across the course of the meal. This creates the conditions for genuine exchange, challenge, and reflection in real time. Guests are encouraged to contribute, question, and share their own perspectives, creating a dynamic and high-trust environment where relationships are strengthened and ideas can be explored in confidence.
 
Our Patrons Dinner on 19 November 2026 will return to Mount Pleasant and will bring together a wider group of Patrons alongside Gold Members for a special combined dinner.
 
We are delighted that Henri Murison, Chief Executive of the Northern Powerhouse Partnership, will join us as our guest speaker. Henri is a leading voice on regional economic growth, devolution, and national policy, working closely with government, metro mayors, and business leaders across the North. His insight into the opportunities and challenges shaping the Northern economy, alongside his experience influencing national decision-making, will provide a valuable and timely perspective for discussion.
 
As with all our Patrons Dinners, the evening will centre on open and candid conversation, offering a rare opportunity to engage directly with a leading naational figure alongside peers from across South Yorkshire in a relaxed and trusted setting.
