This session offers a structured pause from the day-to-day, helping you step back, reflect on what’s working (and what isn’t), and create a realistic plan for the months ahead without overwhelm.

Rather than covering everything, the workshop focuses on the fundamentals that make the biggest difference: clarity of priorities, alignment with what matters, and intentional use of time and energy.

You will be guided through a short reflective exercise to capture key learnings, followed by practical planning tools to help you define your focus and next steps. The emphasis is on working smarter, not harder and leaving with actions you can apply immediately.

There is no jargon, no pressure, and no expectation to have it all figured out. This is about creating breathing space, confidence, and direction.
