Established in 1946, YAA works hard to support, assess, train, & approve adoptive parents. We are a voluntary adoption agency & registered charity meaning we are smaller & more flexible than most statutory agencies & offer a personalised service. Our vision is that children who need an adoptive home will grow up in a safe & loving home, will be happy, healthy & lead fulfilling lives. We are a welcoming organisation & with a supportive staff team who always go the extra mile.
