Crown Hotel Bawtry and Rovers Partnership Strengthens Ahead of the New Football Season
Official hotel partner Crown Hotel Bawtry are celebrating their continued relationship and 100 Club Partnership into the new football season with Doncaster Rovers FC by overhaling all branding including their corporate box.
Originally renovated ten years ago, the style and décor of the corporate box at the Eco Power Stadium was designed to reflect the style and décor of the hotel. But since the hotel has been extensively renovated during and after lockdown, the box needed refreshing to continue to reflect the partnership.
Craig Dowie MD commented “It was a great idea to have a box at the stadium that looked like the Crown. Our partnership has gone from strength to strength over the past ten years and we enjoy looking after players, visiting football teams, visitors and conference and event visitors to the stadium. So now as we head into the new season, the box looks fabulous and truly now reflects what we are about”.
The new box is decorated in the colour palettes of the hotel, and Doncaster based Visual Group have installed and full-length exterior shot photo wall, plus new branding and logos to the other wall.
All exterior signage including the pitch side boards have also been updated, and the Crown enjoy big screen advertising, programme advertising, social media and e-newsletter shared comms plus many other benefits.
The Crown box can be hired for match days via the DRFC Commercial team, and is a great way for the corporate companies that use it to learn about the Crown Hotel via QR coded posters within the box.
Gaynor Waddington, head of partnerships, said of the Crown Hotel, “we are incredibly proud of our ongoing relationship with Craig and all of the team at the Crown Hotel. They offer something totally bespoke in the Doncaster area and Bawtry is such a stunning location for either leisure trips or business meetings with overnight stays. The longevity of the partnership demonstrates just how meaningful the relationship is on both sides and the Crown offering us access to their newly refurbished executive box on a match by match basis, enables us to host supporters in a very special setting during football and rugby fixtures.Originally renovated ten years ago, the style and décor of the corporate box at the Eco Power Stadium was designed to reflect the style and décor of the hotel. As the 100Club continues to grow, we are humbled by the positivity and commitment shown this season by Charlotte, Katey and Craig and I am truly excited to work alongside them all this year”
