Exceed Learning Partnership is celebrating after being named the winner of the Leadership Excellence Award for Organisation at the Leadership Live 2026 Conference & Awards.
The prestigious award, presented by the Institute of Leadership, recognises the impact of Exceed’s approach to leadership development through its Exceed Leadership Framework.
Accepting the award alongside Beryce Nixon OBE, CEO of Exceed Learning Partnership, were Deputy CEO Andy Hibbitt, Director Dave Love MBE and members of the Exceed team.
The Exceed Leadership Framework is designed to support colleagues across the Trust to develop their leadership skills, broaden their knowledge and turn learning into meaningful action. Built around three core principles; Character, Knowledge and Action, the framework forms a key part of Exceed’s commitment to developing leadership at every level.
The Trust’s ongoing Leadership Masterclass series continues to build on this work, providing colleagues with opportunities to learn from experienced leaders, challenge their thinking and apply new ideas within their own roles.
Beryce Nixon OBE, CEO of Exceed Learning Partnership, said:
“We are incredibly proud to see the Exceed Leadership Framework recognised with the Leadership Excellence Award for Organisation. This award is a reflection of the commitment, collaboration and ambition of colleagues across our Trust who continue to invest in their own leadership and in the leadership of others.
“It is particularly pleasing to see our approach recognised externally, and I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to making the framework such a success.”
Exceed Learning Partnership has also extended its thanks to everyone who has contributed to the development and delivery of the Leadership Framework, with particular recognition for Dave Love MBE for his valuable contribution and support.
The award represents further recognition of Exceed’s commitment to Professional Excellence and its continued investment in developing leadership across the Trust.
The Exceed team were delighted to accept the award on behalf of colleagues across the Trust whose commitment and contribution have helped make the Leadership Framework a success.
