Hentons Corporate Finance Receives Two Nominations for Young Accountant of the Year
Hentons Corporate Finance — a leading firm in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions and a joint venture with Hentons Chartered Accountants — is delighted to announce that two of its Corporate Finance Executives, Harry Bushell and Alexandra Neller, have been nominated in the "Young Accountant of the Year" category at the upcoming Insider Yorkshire Young Professional Awards.
In a demonstration of their commitment to excellence and professional growth, both Harry Bushell and Alexandra Neller have been recognised for their outstanding contributions to the field of corporate finance.
Since joining Hentons Corporate Finance more than two years ago, Alexandra Neller has applied her accountancy knowledge and experience to a wide range of services for SMEs, including: forecasts, financial due diligence reports, valuations, business disposals and acquisitions and advising on transitioning to employee ownership trusts. Alex has a passion for financial due diligence and has demonstrated her ability to thoroughly investigate financial information to be able to flag areas of concern for clients quickly. Coupled with her concise and candid writing style, Hentons has received excellent feedback on her reports. As project lead on numerous M&A transactions, she demonstrates enthusiasm and actively contributes to the growth of her team. Alex enjoys working with her clients to ensure the best possible outcome for their requirements.

Harry Bushell who has been in the Hentons Corporate Finance team for the last 4 years has navigated the intricate financial landscapes of the past year, including the challenges posed by COVID-19, the shipping container crisis, geopolitical conflicts, and fluctuations in interest rates. His ability to assess and negotiate the best outcomes for clients amidst these challenges reflects his dedication to professional growth. Harry’s exceptional communication and collaboration skills have not only facilitated meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients but have also contributed to the successful completion as project lead on multiple transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, and EOTs over the last 12 months. Harry also performs fully integrated forecasts, valuations and financial due diligence reports but passion lies with M&A activities.
