Darts Is Recruiting For a New Arts Administrator

darts is looking for someone who is ambitious, enthusiastic and proactive to join the team as their new Arts Administrator.

In this fundraising role, the successful applicant will write applications to Trusts and Foundations, develop Individual Giving opportunities and support relevant communications activities to raise the profile of darts and The Point. Candidates need to be committed to raising funds to continue darts’ work in the city of Doncaster and across the borough, whilst continuing to build their national reputation.  

darts want to work with someone who is friendly and approachable with an ability to communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively. Applicants will be able to collaborate and enjoy supporting others. darts needs someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills, enjoys writing and has an eye for detail. Skills include the ability to listen and empathise, to use initiative, and have the motivation to work within a team, with honesty and integrity.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills within a supportive team. The successful candidate will have the chance to learn from colleagues who are knowledgeable and experienced, as well as having first hand access to a wide range of participatory arts delivery with different audiences.
