Since joining Lisa and Claire last year, it’s been full-on.
Long hours. Big decisions. Mum guilt. Self-doubt.
But also, deep pride, real impact — and that feeling you get when you know you’re doing what you’re meant to be doing. 🙌🏻

Budgets are tight. People are worried.
But we’ve stayed human. Trusted our instincts. And it’s working. 

The quote behind me that hangs up at Doncaster College says it best:

That’s what’s got us here. And that’s what will take us forward.
