Over 20 Years as an ILM Centre

Abbeydale Training is marking another year (20+) as an accredited ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) centre with a new suite of open-access leadership qualifications at Levels 2, 3 and 5 - starting late March. Level 2 supports current and aspiring team leaders, Level 3 targets managers looking to sharpen their impact, and Level 5 is designed for senior managers stepping up to wider strategic responsibilities. Delegates will learn alongside people from other organisations, sharing how they are lead, comparing real-life challenges and broadening their perspective on what effective leadership looks like. True to Abbeydale’s practical, real-world ethos, the programmes focus on turning leadership theory into confident day-to-day practice that makes a measurable difference back in the workplace.
The courses will be delivered by Sarah Brooks who has over 30 years’ experience and is widely recognised as one of the best trainers in the country.  Sarah’s clients include The Houses of Parliament, The University of Sheffield, Princes Foods and hundreds of smaller organisations throughout the UK.
