RSPCA Doncaster, Rotherham and District Upcoming Events

As Christmas draws closer, the team at at RSPCA Doncaster, Rotherham and District branch are getting very excited.

Here are some of the many festive events they will be hosting this year.
 
RSPCA DRB Christmas Fair

On Saturday 19th of November, a Christmas Fair will be taking place at The New Hall in Bawtry. Hot drinks and snacks will be served, such as sausage rolls and mince pies, alongside a selection of sweet treats. There will be over 20 stalls to come and have a look around as well as a kid's corner with fun colouring and craft activities, not to mention a visit from Santa! All money raised will contribute towards the daily running of the RSPCA centre and help support the animals in their care.
 
Stock the Sleigh

In preparation for the festive season, RSPCA Doncaster, Rotherham and District branch are asking for your support. The team want to provide the animals in their care with as much love as possible. Therefore, for Christmas 2022, they are relaunching their much-loved ‘Stock the Sleigh’ annual appeal, and are inviting keen animal lovers and RSPCA supporters to donate items. 
 
These items can come in a variety of forms from food, toys and treats.
 
The RSPCA believes that Christmas cheer should be spread to our furry friends too, and your toy or treat donations will make great stocking fillers for the animals to open on Christmas morning. Meanwhile, any blanket donations will help keep everyone nice and cosy in the colder months.
 
The team will also be selling raffle tickets in-store and online for those who want to be in with a chance of winning a Christmas Hamper! 
 
RSPCA Doncaster, Rotherham and District branch will also be attending other events hosted in our local community, such as:
 
Markham Grange

On Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th of November, the team will be at Markham Grange Garden Centre, where they will have a stall showcasing some branded goods, products from their pet supplies shop and some Christmas goodies.
 
Bawtry Christmas Market

On Sunday 4th of December, the team will be attending Bawtry Christmas Market where they will have a stall, selling pet supplies, Christmas goods and branded merchandise.
