At HMP Hatfield, CAT D Male Open Prison:

  • Last year 236 prisoners secured ROTL employment with 23 employers across sectors including warehousing, construction and food production.

  • Employers consistently provide positive feedback, noting prisoners' gratitude, resilience, hard work and commitment.

  • In 2023/24, 90% of prisoners were employed 6 months post release, benefiting businesses and reducing the likelihood of reoffending.
