Whyy? Change Makes Double Signing As Apprenticeship Team Expands

South Yorkshire's leading apprenticeship training provider, Whyy? Change, has appointed Daniel Winterbottom, to the role of Business Growth Executive and Greg Grabski as their Head of Lean & Six Sigma.
 
Daniel joins the Business Growth team headed by Anne Wilson MBE and will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with businesses across South Yorkshire.
 
Having previously worked for the South Yorkshire Provider Network (SYPN), Danny joins Whyy? Change, following a successful stint as a project manager, working closely with employers to identify Skills and Training needs within their organisation. During his role at SYPN, Daniel supported businesses with gaining access to the Local Skills Improvement Fund, upskilling their workforce and helping both business growth and staff retention.
 
Having previously worked for Reed in Partnership as a Recruitment Manager, Danny brings a wealth of experience in business development, having also been a Business Development Account Manager for a business development agency.
 
When asked what it means to join Whyy? Change, Danny said:

The appointment comes as Whyy? Change looks to strengthen its position within the education sector, whilst continuing to support their partners with training to meet their business needs.
 
Greg who joins Whyy? Change as their new Head of Lean & Six Sigma, will be responsible for leading on all Lean & Six Sigma Training and Continuous Improvement Apprenticeships.
 
Greg is Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt and brings over 17 years of experience in quality, continuous improvement, operations, project management to the team, having previously held project and operational management roles. Most notably, he was the plant manager for Hydro Components and is currently studying towards his CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership.
 
Greg shared:

It’s an exciting role to which I’m looking forward to supporting businesses across South Yorkshire and developing Lean & Six Sigma practitioners of the future through the 5-star apprenticeship training.”
